Unseen Connections

There is nothing called a 'bad' theory and no theory, howsoever wrong or disproved they later become, can be called far from valuable or a waste of time. For, every theory becomes a part of the maze; yet another intriguing additional pathway in the maze of human quest for the truth. Only certain routes of this maze lead us to the real. The others did mislead us for a long while, apparently seeming to waste precious time and resources. However, in the process, they stretched the boundaries of human imagination and took us to new places, sights and paved way for innovations yet to come.

Nothing revolutionary ever sprang from a single mind's work from scratch.  We all stand on the shoulders of those who failed. We all carry over the efforts of those who stopped. To take complete claim over greatness is a folly of the greatest order.

Without knowing it... without realizing it, we all borrow from and owe to the great collective conscious.

Jigs, I d ask how u formed this theory of urs?
A trickery mastered in the maze, without a clear solution.!
Ur are an artist with a touch beyond words of appreciation, who certainly can suffice a non-content man!

@Siddarth: It isn't theory; it is a not so widely acknowledged truism.

Yes, I guess it cant be called my theory, though every meaningful theory is personally acknowledged and realized on our own at some point.

"Ur are an artist with a touch beyond words of appreciation, who certainly can suffice a non-content man! " - perhaps that could be called 'your' theory :)

@Sindu - I too would plumb for Siddarth's theory, so he loses his exclusivity over it. :)

Nothing is ever a waste of time. Even those absolutely slithering stupid nincompoops with their never failing bizarre ideas are worth considering.

But to actually make sense of any theory, you need to have a basic set of assumptions which make you. Then you need to be confident enough to let them be compared with whatever you are facing... :)

here on the visitor's reco :)

@Abhishek: If only I knew that, trust me Abhishek, I would feel a lot lighter, despite carrying their efforts on my shoulder. :)

@Vishesh: Thank you so much for visiting Vishesh. :)

I am not quite sure if I got it right but if I am not wrong, you mean to say, we make sense of things with the help of a thread of meaning that we have already conceived. However, we ought to then let go and loosen up a bit to alter this meaning with the new sense. Right? Phew. :)
